Marshalling – Race Check-In Procedure
To ensure smooth race operations, no race calls will be made over the public sound system.
Instead, all marshalling and team check-in communications will be handled via WhatsApp notification. This is not a chat group, it is strictly for Marshalling notifications. All team captains and coaches should join this group as soon as possible.
👉 To join the PACCC 2025 Marshalling Group
This group will be used to:
• Announce when teams must report to the marshalling area
• Share urgent updates or adjustments to the race schedule
• Notify teams about timing, delays, and final calls
📲 Don't have WhatsApp?
No problem! It’s free and easy to install:
• On iPhone: Download it from the App Store → WhatsApp for iOS
• On Android: Get it from Google Play → WhatsApp for Android
Once installed, simply click the group link above to join.
Please make sure at least one team representative is connected on race day!
Rules & Regulations
The IDBF Competition Regulations and Rules of Racing will apply to all races in the International Division. These rules govern all aspects of racing, including crew composition and conduct, and are aligned with international standards for fairness, safety, and competitiveness.
👉 You can consult the official IDBF rulebook here:

For teams participating in the Community (Local) Division, the event will follow the Dragon Boat Canada (DBC) rules, which are adapted for recreational and domestic racing, emphasizing accessibility, safety, and inclusivity.
